Prosper Seafood - Perishables Representative – Part-Time with H-E-B.
Responsibilities
Provide a well-stocked and well-maintained department while delivering superior customer service.
Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh products on a daily basis, including slicing, labeling, and rotating items.
Take customer orders, answer product questions, and assist with selections.
Use suggestive selling techniques to build department sales and make related announcements.
Clean and sanitize display cases, operate and maintain equipment, and comply with food safety and sanitation standards.
Complete additional department-specific duties such as Aguas (peeling, cutting, chopping), Floral (arranging, merchandising, sample providing), Market (cutting, pre-packing, pricing, operating power prep), Produce (stocking, rotating, sampling), and Seafood (knowledgeable handling, weighing, packaging).

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service and communication skills.

Reading, writing, planning, and organizational skills.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum age 18.
Completion of company orientation and safety training.
