Job Description Account Manager / Customer Relationship Coordinator This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic skills, strong relationship‑building skills, creativity, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with location owners in the assigned region.

Responsible for frequently visiting locations within the assigned region or state of GA to provide check‑ins and customer support.

Provide frequent compliance checks to assure that machines are up to code with all necessary signage and decals.

Mitigate any critical issues not limited to EFT questions, service complaints, game complaints, and make sure customers are getting best possible response and services from every department of United Gaming.

Learn new product / technology and provide basic training to customers.

Upkeep knowledge on popular games, GLC compliance requirements, county compliance for COAMs and advocate customers accordingly.

Multilingual will be considered strength, e.g.: English + Spanish, English + Hindi + Gujarati, etc.
