What You’ll Do

Lead the company’s growth initiatives, driving sales expansion within current applications while opening new markets.

Build and manage key client relationships with architects, suppliers, and other decision makers, strengthening long‑term partnerships.

Represent the voice of the customer by applying industry insights to guide product development and deliver solutions‑focused strategies.

Establish sales goals, target accounts, and quotas to achieve company revenue objectives.

Act as project lead, setting KPIs to measure performance on product and service launches.

Provide technical insights, data, and consultative support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for product improvements or new products by monitoring market activity, trends, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.

Drive brand awareness through marketing strategies, trade show participation, and representation at industry events.

Support specification writers in developing product specifications.

Stay current with industry knowledge through training, professional organizations, and networking.

Manage assigned territory with frequent travel.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or engineering.

3–5 years of experience in technical sales.

3–5 years of experience working with manufacturers and related processes.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and FMEA.

Familiarity with Proof of Concept processes.

Technical and mechanical aptitude.

Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.

Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and highly organized.

Ability to lead, collaborate, and solve problems in dynamic environments.
