What You’ll Do
Grow and manage key accounts while expanding into new applications
Build trusted relationships with architects, suppliers, and decision makers
Act as the voice of the customer, shaping solutions and product direction
Own sales targets, account plans, and KPIs
Lead the commercial side of product and service launches
Deliver technical, consultative support to customers and internal teams
Identify product improvements and new opportunities through market insight
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, operations, and leadership
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
Support product specifications and manage assigned territory
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of technical B2B sales or key account experience
Experience working with manufacturers or engineered products
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and FMEA
Strong technical aptitude and presentation skills
Self-driven, organized, and results-focused
Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
