Job Overview
Talus Pay is an end‑to‑end payments solution provider on a mission to change the payments economy. We are looking for energetic, tech‑savvy, results‑driven sellers for a field‑based Solution Consultant position on our merchant services sales team. The role involves setting appointments and interacting with businesses of all sizes to offer solutions that save money and increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Generate your own B2B leads and nurture them through referrals and networking.
Retain clients by building relationships and expanding portfolios through cross‑consulting.
Represent company values: forge trust, customer first, innovate to win, and succeed together.
Commit to the 12‑week onboarding program without interruption.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a quota‑driven self‑sourcing sales environment for small to medium‑size clients.
Experience with cold‑calling and self‑sourcing leads.
Ability to develop a plan to build a pipeline and generate top‑line revenue growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter with a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
