Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday (Night Shift)
Compensation $80,000–$100,000 per year, mileage paid at $0.5125 CPM
Responsibilities
Operate a Class A vehicle to deliver dry ice to customers.
Issue or obtain customer signatures for pickups and deliveries.
Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
Ensure piece count matches load manifest, collect empty dry‑ice boxes for return.
Provide customer service and give feedback to the Branch Manager.
Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections per DOT and company checklist; keep the truck clean.
Maintain accurate driving log, driver’s license, and DOT medical card.
Safely secure cargo; comply with all safety policies, DOT and OSHA requirements.
Travel 25–50 % of time within the region, with layovers 1–2 weeks prior notice.
Qualifications
At least 21 years old.
Class B CDL with at least 1 year experience in the last 4 years, or Class A or B CDL with 1 year experience within last 4 years.
Graduated from an accredited truck‑driving school (diploma counts as 1 year of experience) within the last 4 years.
Military CDL experience counts toward required experience.
No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years.
No serious violation ticket (speeding 15 mph+, reckless, etc.) in the last 3 years.
No CDL suspension in the last 3 years except for “Failure to pay child support.”
No DUI in the last 7 years.
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification.
Pallet jack certification.
