As a Sr. Global Events & Sponsorship Manager you will:
Strategic Event Planning:
Create comprehensive pre, during, and post-event expectations for marketing and sales that align with the company's goals and objectives. Work closely with leadership to define event goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
End-to-End Event Management:
Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, catering, audio-visual requirements, and post-event evaluations. Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events to meet high standards of quality and professionalism.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and production, to align events with broader business objectives and integrate them into the overall marketing strategy. Leverage knowledge and experience with field marketing and sales advocacy to strategically maximize sales engagement in events.
Vendor Negotiation & Management:
Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure cost‑effective and high‑quality event services. Evaluate and select vendors based on their ability to meet event requirements and standards. Hold vendors to the agreed‑upon standards and quickly determine alternate solutions when requirements are not met.
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of event professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful event execution. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that values creativity, innovation, and excellence. Communicate effectively to align initiatives from other marketing teams into one cohesive plan.
Crisis Management:
Develop contingency plans for events and be prepared to address any unforeseen challenges or emergencies. Implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure the overall success of events.
Budget Management:
Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources. Provide regular financial reports and updates to leadership.
Post-Event Analysis:
Conduct post‑event evaluations, analyze feedback, and derive insights for continuous improvement. Work with Marketing Ops to prepare comprehensive reports on event performance, including ROI analysis.

Experience managing, monitoring and developing a budget
Strong experience working with and presenting to C‑Level Executives

The expected base salary range for this role in
California is $120,000 - $140,000
Washington is $120,000 - $140,000
The salary will vary depending on your job‑related skills, experience and location.
