Responsibilities:
Understand organizational objectives and make decisions that align with company priorities.
Take ownership of personal metrics and create sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with management.
Develop short‑ and long‑term strategies to achieve performance goals.
Analyze personal survey results and implement improvement plans.
Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate Coach’s selling and service expectations at all times.
Adapt to local market changes, supporting local sales strategies and tactics.
Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive relationships.
Create positive first impressions with customers through consistent attire and style guide adherence.
Build credibility as a fashion advisor by communicating product knowledge, competition awareness, and pricing strategy.
Cross‑sell and encourage product add‑ons that meet customer needs.
Read customer cues and tailor the approach, attending to each customer’s unique shopping needs.
Work efficiently with multiple customers simultaneously.
Follow up with customers to influence or close sales.
Use selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results.
Build lasting relationships and leverage Coach’s tools and technology for clienteling.
Create enthusiasm for the shared vision and mission.
Promote and endorse a team‑selling environment.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
Remain solution‑oriented, adaptable, and responsive to feedback.
Operational Tasks:
Complete daily operational tasks while maintaining service quality and Coach standards.
Maintain the store floor and backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising in a timely manner.
Keep the sales floor clean and tidy.
Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, operations, and asset protection.
Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed.
Process shipment, stocking, cash‑wrap, and transactions efficiently.
Maintain visual merchandising expectations.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and the internet.
Physical: Ability to achieve a fast pace, lift up to 25 pounds (sometimes 50 pounds), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic days such as the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Mother’s Day.
