Responsibilities
Primarily focused on increasing sales for the agency.
Responsible for selling company products/services through resellers/channels in the assigned territory.
Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support.
Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Create campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciations.
Ensure cold calls are made on applications generated from events, all renewal quotes are created, and all quotes are followed up.
Perform grassroots marketing on a daily basis and monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships.
Attend sales trainings as needed and develop sales reports as required.
About You
Required: High School diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year sales experience.
Employment is contingent upon obtaining the Property & Casualty license within 60 days.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Computer proficiency.
Preferred: Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish.
Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end for this position. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
