Welcome to Pronto Insurance, a flourishing general agency in South Texas. Since 1997, we've been on a growth path with over 200 captive locations in Texas, California, and Florida. We are expanding and looking for a Sales Agent to contribute to driving agency growth. Responsibilities

Primarily focused on increasing sales for the agency. Sell company products/services through resellers/channels in the assigned territory. Represent the company in activities related to reseller/channel support. Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Create campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciation events. Ensure cold calling on applications generated from events, prepare renewal quotes, follow up on quotes, and conduct grassroots marketing daily. Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships. Attend sales trainings as needed and develop sales reports as required. Qualifications

Required: High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1 year sales experience. Employment is contingent upon obtaining the P&C license within a 60-day period. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and computer proficiency. Preferred: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Benefits and Compensation
