Primarily focused on increasing sales for the agency. Responsible for selling company products/services through resellers/channels in the assigned territory. Represents the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support. Maintains healthy relationships with customers and ensures complete customer satisfaction. Develops campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinates customer appreciations. Ensures: cold calls are made on applications generated from events, all renewal quotes are prepared and followed up, and grassroots marketing is performed daily. Monitors daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships. Attends sales trainings as needed. Develops sales reports as needed. About You
