What you will achieve in this role:
Support the ongoing development and refinement of HR processes to keep them effective and consistent across the organization.
Oversee payroll from end to end, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting support.
Manage employee benefits and act as the point person for related inquiries.
Oversee updates to internal HR materials to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Own HR processes for international staff, including all payroll related components.
Lead full-cycle recruitment and support early-career training initiatives.
Address employee relations matters, guiding disciplinary and grievances processes when needed.
Foster a workplace environment grounded in clarity, support, and positive engagement.
Step into any other people-related responsibilities that help the business run smoothly.
What you must bring to this role:
Must have at least 10 years of experience as an HR generalist, within a bank.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
Must have hands‑on payroll experience.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
Strong attention to detail paired with highly developed organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven capability to manage competing priorities and stay on top of multiple tasks simultaneously.
A reputation for integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work comfortably with digital tools and documentation.
Experience working within or supporting a broker‑dealer environment is considered an asset.
Familiarity with ADP is considered an asset.
