Your strategic insight and expert guidance will be essential in steering projects from conception through to successful implementation. Oversee the planning, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical and leadership guidance. Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, and sustain Cannon Corporation’s commitment to sustainability. Craft project proposals and plans, conducting cost estimations and risk analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community groups. Continuously assess project progress, making strategic decisions and adjustments as necessary. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, incorporating innovative practices and technologies into project processes. Expertise in civil and structural engineering principles and practices Proven ability to lead and manage complex public sector projects Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency with industry software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM tools Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) license required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous. LEED Accreditation or similar certification related to sustainable design is beneficial.
