Community Association Manager / Portfolio Community Manager
Salary: $70,000 - 85,000

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee a portfolio of condominium and townhome communities. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Boards of Directors to manage day-to-day operations, guide governance matters, and ensure each community is well maintained, financially sound, and running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who’s organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of condominium and/or townhome associations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Boards, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare for and attend board meetings; present management reports and follow up on action items
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects from bidding through completion
- Inspect properties and vendor work to ensure quality and contract compliance
- Develop operating budgets, reserve plans, and capital improvement budgets
- Review financials, invoices, and payables as directed by each association
- Coordinate vendors, contracts, and ongoing maintenance plans
- Respond to homeowner and board inquiries in a timely, professional manner
What You Bring
- 3+ years of condominium and/or portfolio property management experience
- CAM license required or strongly preferred; CMCA a plus
- Strong understanding of association operations, accounting, and building maintenance
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple communities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; accounting software experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

- Local travel between properties required; valid driver’s license needed
