The Role: As a Portfolio Community Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Boards of Directors for a group of community associations. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for each Board, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring the community runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing vendors and on-site staff, maintaining strong homeowner relationships, and coordinating professional services. You'll also manage the administrative, maintenance, and operational needs of each association—keeping everything organized and running efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a property portfolio on a day to day basis.

Manage building vendors and staff.

Respond to owner and board calls and follow up.

Contact & coordinate vendors to bid out projects, oversee and manage projects through completion.

Review & approve payables as directed for each property.

Coordinate ongoing and future projects.

Prepared and attend board meetings and report management activities.

Develop budgets for properties.

Review financials for accuracy.

Inspect properties and vendor work.

Create maintenance plans for properties.

Create capital improvement budget and reserve budget.

What You Bring:

CAM license (required)

CMCA (preferred, but not required)

Experience managing a portfolio of condo associations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer and tech skills: E-mail, Google Workspace (cloud), Word, Excel, etc.

College degree, comparable work experience, and solid business skills required.

Candidates must possess a solid understanding of:

Condo association management
