A dynamic company in New York is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO while also overseeing office management responsibilities. In this hybrid role, the candidate will manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate cross‑functional scheduling. In addition to executive support, the individual will be responsible for office logistics, including organizing snacks, beverages, and ensuring packages are properly managed. This position will also require planning and executing team events, both in‑office and offsite, contributing to a positive and collaborative office culture. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating an energetic, efficient, and people‑oriented work environment. Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year (DOE) Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Oversee office logistics, ensuring supplies, snacks, and packages are properly handled Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring efforts Organize in‑office and virtual events, including team‑building activities and offsite retreats Create a welcoming environment that enhances employee engagement and productivity Help facilitate the upcoming office move, coordinating with vendors and setting up the new space Executive Assistant Requirements
2–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast‑paced environment Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and ATS systems (Ashby experience is a plus) Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills Adaptable and flexible, capable of handling a dynamic work environment Creative and resourceful, with a passion for planning events and improving workplace culture Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and maintain a positive office atmosphere Executive Assistant Benefits
