Essential Job Duties

Generate new business focused on revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Research and identify new markets and customer needs

Conduct outreach and meet with prospective clients to introduce New Age’s logistics solutions

Present tailored sales solutions and promote our services to help clients achieve their transportation goals

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with company targets

Provide ongoing support to customers and develop long‑term partnerships

Deliver weekly updates on sales activity, pipeline status, and wins

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a sales function

Prospecting and closing experience

Strong computer skills and technically savvy

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Demonstrated resilience and comfort with high‑volume outreach and rejection

High degree of accountability and persistence

Strong sense of urgency

Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet daily activity goals

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Team player

Eager to learn and open to different methods of execution

Customer service oriented

Excellent persuasion skills

Excellent communication skills

Travel is required based on operational and customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar

2+ years of experience in a sales function, in the logistics industry

Bilingual, English/Spanish
