Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, seeks a dynamic Leasing Consultant to deliver excellent customer service and promote our apartment communities.
Essential Functions
Manage all leases from prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate property viewings, follow‑ups and updates to the contact‑management database.
Market all rental listings.
Schedule lease applications and comply with regulatory requirements.
Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move‑in processes.
Prepare all lease‑related paperwork.
Handle regulatory and compliance services.
Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
Operate a company or personal vehicle as needed for job duties.
Work in a high‑pressure environment, manage difficult customers/vendors, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective interpersonal skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed.
Qualifications and Education
Minimum 1‑year experience in a similar role or related field.
Ability to multi‑task and adapt quickly to change.
