Assistant Property Manager
Join Two Coast Living as an hourly Assistant Property Manager to support managing a multifamily property, ensuring exceptional resident and vendor service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee leasing and maintenance operations, including revenue management, accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and timely rent collection.
Maintain property appearance and operational performance through detailed prioritization.
Engage in respectful resident and employee conversations, escalating concerns when appropriate.
Assist the property manager or area manager in managing a sizeable property with two-plus years of multifamily experience.
Work Schedule
Full‑time on the busiest days of the week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and at least one Sunday per month.
Work during peak business hours and at least one closing shift weekly.
During high‑traffic holiday periods, schedule according to company standards; supervisor must approve schedules.

Qualifications

Proficient in property‑management software (AMSI, Entrata) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, time‑management, and leadership skills.
Sales disposition and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Lift or move items up to 10 pounds.
Perform tasks requiring sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
Occasional travel for business.
