As a full‑time on‑site leader at one of our beautiful communities, you will run daily operations, manage teams, and provide an exceptional living experience for residents. Responsibilities
Run day‑to‑day operations: leasing, resident relations, work orders, vendor coordination. Lead the on‑site team: hire, train, schedule, provide culture and support. Market the property: use marketing partners, attract new residents, renew existing leases. Drive financial performance: manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, ensure rent collection. Serve residents’ concerns, welcome new residents, create a proud community. Maintain property condition: inspections, unit readiness, maintenance standards, capital improvements. Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, remain compliant with local/state/federal requirements. Engage with apartment associations, stay informed about competitors, build reputation. Benefits

Positive, proactive, solution‑oriented, calm under pressure. Education and Experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience managing large multifamily properties. Minimum 4 years residential property management, proven leasing/sales track record; 2+ years supervising 2+ employees. Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts; high‑school math proficiency. Valid driver’s license to operate company or personal vehicles. Physical Requirements
Work hours: busiest days including Fridays and Saturdays weekly, at least one Sunday a month, during holidays; may require closing shifts. Occasional travel in company or personal vehicle. Physical demands: can lift up to 10 lbs, move around property for extended periods, walk, climb stairs, adapt to weather. FLSA status: exempt. Seniority Level
