Specialist
to join the Planner 5D Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver a top-tier CRM strategy to maintain and improve user activation and retention. Note that you should be prepared to work as a Contractor under
B2B service agreement . Responsibilities
Create and maintain triggers for transactional emails, push campaigns, in-app messages, etc. Implement CRM campaigns, measure and analyze results. Understand all user acquisition and churn funnels, connect main steps to CRM campaigns. Own, manage, and improve CRM marketing analytics. Generate, implement, and analyze hypotheses for improvement. What we expect
2-3 years of experience Languages: Strong English + Spanish Technical: HTML basics, able to edit and QA email layouts/templates Tools: Experience with no-code/low-code CRM or automation platforms (Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Iterable etc.) Segmentation: Ability to build, refine, and validate B2C audience segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement Data comfort: Basic understanding of metrics, experiments, and reporting Personal Qualities
Detail-oriented: Spots template issues, broken links, wrong segments, timing errors Curious & proactive: Asks “why this segment?” and seeks improvements Collaborative: Works smoothly with marketing, product, development, and design Structured thinker: Organizes workflows, documents steps, and keeps processes clean Fast learner: Picks up new CRM tools and features quickly What we offer
