$85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
Manage and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor production budgets and control operational costs effectively.
Analyze production data and generate reports on performance metrics.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop production teams
Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies
Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and workplace safety
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and automation technologies.
