Responsibilities
- Continuously assess, refine, and reposition offer-market fit
- Architect and implement funnels and campaigns hands-on
- Design, launch, and analyze A / B tests for optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing
- Proven track record of designing and scaling A / B tests with measurable revenue improvements
- Fluency in GA4, Hotjar, VWO, and other relevant analytics tools
- Strong understanding of growth diagnosis and system thinking
- Fluent in French and English
