Key Qualifications
Processor experience (not mandatory)
Master of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM debt products
Fluency in Durable Unit/Lender Program (DU/LP) matters
In‑depth knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines
Positive, winning attitude; a hard‑working, hustle mentality is required
Track record of building and leading a high‑performing loan officer team
Strong file‑structuring and coaching skills; able to educate new loan officers
Responsibilities
Serve as the go‑to advisor for all applications, structuring, and support, especially for the 6 new loan officers hired in the last 30 days
Coach and mentor back‑end loan officers, teaching file‑structuring and best practices
Collaborate with Niko Kramer and the existing team of 18 loan officers to build an unstoppable pipeline
Maintain a relentless work ethic, often working 12‑15 hours per day, 7 days a week if required
Ensure timely turnaround of loans and uphold company standards of excellence
