Overview The Senior Global Recruiter is a highly hands-on, execution-driven individual contributor responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting for all levels of positions, including entry-level, hourly, professional, technical, and management across multiple global regions.

Reporting to the Global Recruiting Manager, this role works in close partnership with the Global Recruiting Manager to execute day-to-day recruiting activities and support the broader global recruiting strategy. The Senior Global Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers and business leaders across Sales, Operations, Warehouse, IT, Quality, Engineering, and corporate functions throughout North America, EMEA, and APAC with a strong focus on timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

The success of this role is driven by strong sourcing capability, disciplined recruiting execution, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, global environment. This position requires schedule flexibility, including work outside of standard business hours and occasional weekends, to effectively support global hiring across multiple time zones.

Essential Functions Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting execution for hourly, salaried, professional, management, and executive-level roles globally.

Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview strategies.

Execute proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and talent mapping.

Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

Coordinate interview processes across departments, leadership levels, and global time zones.

Manage offer execution, including compensation alignment, approvals, negotiations, and onboarding handoff.

Execute recruiting activities in alignment with company policies and applicable regional labor laws.

Partner with People and Culture team to support compliant international hiring.

Maintain accurate requisition, candidate, and hiring records

Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of candidate information.

Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leaders.

Provide timely updates, market insights, and recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.

Support workforce planning efforts by executing approved hiring plans and timelines.

Track and report on recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, time-to-start, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.

Identify execution gaps and process bottlenecks; provide recommendations for improvement.

Support the ongoing refinement of recruiting workflows, tools, and systems.

Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting process.

Represent Rand Technology as a credible and competitive employer in global talent markets.

Support recruitment branding efforts through high-quality candidate engagement and communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

5–8+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting hourly through executive-level hiring.

Proven experience recruiting across multiple job families, including Warehouse, Sales, IT, Operations, Quality, and Corporate roles.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and complex requisition loads.

Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources

Working knowledge of compliant hiring practices and employment law fundamentals.

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in electronic components, supply chain, technology, manufacturing, or distribution industries preferred

Experience supporting global hiring and EOR platforms (e.g., Multiplier, Deel, Remote) preferred
