Customer Relations Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Relations Specialist with 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Andover, MA.
Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Responsibilities
Manage customer communications via phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product information.
Process and validate orders to ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules, while adhering to company policies and customer requirements.
Perform pricing lookups and adjustments as needed, ensuring compliance with established pricing structures and promotional programs.
Support distributors and direct accounts by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges related to shipping delays, returns, credits, and ERP system discrepancies, minimizing impact on customers.
Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, finance, and sales to resolve escalations and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Monitor and track order status proactively, providing updates to customers and identifying potential delays before they occur.
Maintain professionalism under pressure, handling high-volume situations with composure and a customer-first mindset.
Document and report recurring issues to management for process improvement and enhanced customer experience.
Experience
5 years of Customer Relations experience within the manufacturing industry.
