Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in commercial account management to contribute to a growing organization. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume book of business, build strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office presence three days per week.
Compensation Package
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advocacy.
Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Account Management.
Active Property & Casualty License (required).
Valid driver’s license and insurance (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.
Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
