Responsibilities

Independently drive sales initiatives to increase adoption of the Nexpart Multi-Seller product among wholesale part buyers

Deliver against sales objectives through a combination of direct outreach and partner referrals

Cultivate major account relationships to enhance parts buying through the Multi-Seller platform

Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ to influence product development and sales strategy

Collaborate with management to build strategies for expanding market share in wholesale parts buying

Qualifications

10+ years of sales and/or account management experience in automotive service chains or related software businesses

Strong sales relationship capabilities and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to develop creative solutions to business challenges

Proven ability to communicate effectively with mid-level and senior stakeholders

BS/BA degree required and comfort in handling uncertainty

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing external vendor relationships or contractors

Previous work experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment

Ability to lead, empower, and mentor team members effectively

Strong influencing skills and comfort in cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders
