Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects

Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships

Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects, offering solutions aligned with personal protection goals

Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes

Consistently meet or exceed sales and service KPIs

Qualifications

Established success in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to foster relationships and exceed targets

Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated results in both phone and chat-based sales or service roles

Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles

Confident and dependable, motivated by measurable success
