Responsibilities
Develop compelling copy that effectively communicates Upstart's products, brand, and value propositions
Write high-performing CRM copy including emails, push notifications, SMS, and longer-form content
Collaborate with design partners and stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance in all deliverables
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing
Bring innovative ideas that enhance audience engagement and resonate with consumers
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience writing consumer-facing copy across Brand and Growth marketing
2+ years of experience in-house at a growth-focused consumer brand
Proven ability to align copy with strategic goals and clearly answer the brief
Experience writing and collaborating directly within Figma
A portfolio showcasing strong CRM writing and a range across various channels
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of strategic CRM and lifecycle marketing best practices
Exceptional storytelling skills that simplify complex topics into engaging copy
Familiarity with cultural and linguistic nuances relevant to brand storytelling
Ability to develop guidelines and frameworks to enhance content quality
Experience leveraging AI tools to innovate workflows and enhance creativity
