What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Proven ability to concept and produce video‑first ads quickly in fast‑paced environments

Deep understanding of best practices for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snap

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working closely with various partners

Self‑starter with a bias for action and a curiosity about performance drivers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Portfolio showcasing examples of paid video and static ads, demonstrating platform‑native thinking and performance‑informed creative

Experience working in a fast‑paced, creative environment with a focus on advertising
