Supervise and develop Territory Managers, Associate Territory Managers, and Clinical Specialists to achieve sales objectives Promote and sell neurovascular products and services within assigned accounts Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including surgeons, nurses, and distributors Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and educate clinicians on product options Conduct market research and implement market development strategies based on customer feedback Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience; or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in neurovascular or neurosurgery Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams in complex environments Valid driver\'s license and active vehicle insurance policy; must be able to travel extensively Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and present information clearly Preferred Qualifications
