Responsibilities
Primary store‑level salesperson and key contact to small format accounts
Generate sales by identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, communicating with customers, and providing exceptional service
Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, coolers and backrooms
Prioritize and execute daily tasks while servicing up to 100 accounts a week
Collaborate with cross‑functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs
Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts and create efficiencies
Build displays, set up promotional materials, lift, load, push and pull cases 20‑45 lbs., stand, walk, reach, squat merchandising
Adhere to Pepsi’s safety culture and procedures
Work in various weather conditions
Minimum Qualifications
18 years or older
Must have a car to access multi‑store locations within assigned shift
Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance
Helpful Experience
Merchandising
Sold beverages and/or consumer products
Executed in‑store marketing
Managed a route
Worked toward financial targets
