West Coast Coatings Account Manager Join a Globally Recognized Leader in Coatings Technology

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a substantial sales territory, maximizing margin and volume growth across direct and distribution accounts
Develop and implement actionable sales strategies, including account planning, forecasting, and targeted campaigns for new business development
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at strategic accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the account base and ensure achievement of sales goals
Collaborate with peers to develop large accounts and share market insights
Complete all sales‑related administrative tasks, including forecasts, call reports, monthly reviews, and expense reports, in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, technical, or management roles within the coatings, paint, or specialty chemicals industry
Fundamental understanding of coatings industry processes and market dynamics
Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, critical thinking, and active listening skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to deliver compelling presentations
Fluency in English required
Benefits & Compensation
$120‑140k + 10% bonus based on overall company performance
