Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with corporate, education, healthcare, and government clients in the Huntsville and North Alabama markets.

Identify new opportunities and develop strategic approaches to grow sales and market share.

Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that align with client goals and budgets.

Track sales activity, prepare proposals, and manage a robust pipeline in collaboration with leadership.

Stay informed about industry trends, workplace design innovations, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management - preferably within commercial furniture, interior design, architecture, or related industries.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
