Candidates must reside in Seattle or the Greater Seattle Area, as you will be responsible for arriving at the designated start point of each tour.

Every day will be different, but every day you will:
Have passion and knowledge for and of your destination
A passion for travel, food, culture, and/or history
Excellent communication skills with individuals and groups of people
Empathy and emotional intelligence
High standards of customer experience
An understanding of and belief in Intrepid’s Responsible Travel philosophy and Core Values
Problem solving and decision‑making capacities
A friendly, engaging, and energetic personality
To be considered you may also have:
Excellent communication in English and ideally one other local language (the more the better!)
Strong customer service experience and experience in developing a rapport with a broad range of travellers Additional skills & attributes:
A willingness to work flexible hours according to the groups’ needs
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates recommended
The salary for this position $26.50 USD per hour plus gratuities along with some excellent perks.
