Fitness Sales Manager – D1 Training – Winston‑Salem, NC
Full‑Time | Base Pay + Bonus | OTE $60,000–$80,000+
D1 Training Winston‑Salem is hiring a proven Fitness Sales Manager to lead front‑end sales, drive revenue growth, and deliver a world‑class training experience.
This is NOT an entry‑level position. We are looking for a confident, high‑energy sales leader who can sell high‑ticket training packages on day one and take ownership of facility performance.

Key Responsibilities
Set appointments, conduct facility tours, and close high‑ticket training packages and memberships.
Serve as the primary closer for all sales when on site.
Follow up with leads and manage daily sales activity.
Track and review weekly sales, retention, and revenue metrics with leadership.
Deliver a consistent D1 customer experience.
Support front desk operations including check‑ins, onboarding, POS setup, payments, retail sales, and inventory.
Assist with special events, camps, and community activations.
Ensure accurate reporting through Mindbody POS.

Organized, reliable, and self‑motivated.
Comfortable working early mornings and evenings.
Tech‑savvy and social media competent.
Coachable team player who leads by example.
Qualifications
3+ years of high‑ticket sales and/or sales management experience.
Fitness industry experience preferred.
Proven ability to close and exceed sales goals.
Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
Knowledge of gym or membership‑based operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay + Performance Bonuses.
On‑Target Earnings: $60,000 – $80,000+ annually.

Monday–Friday.
