H&M Sales Advisor (Seasonal) - Red Cliffs Mall
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products while offering support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to deliver the information our customers need for the best experience. In addition, you will handle garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean, tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, collaborating with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day includes the following responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and omni‑experience, supporting them with direct service.
Engage in conversations with customers to deliver outstanding service.
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas.
Promote and sell our products effectively.
Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in every interaction.
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
Team & Development
Retain and share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all store areas.
Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses relevant to your role and future development.
Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care.
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.
Maintain adequate stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
Follow best practice for in‑store omni services and technology tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
Support opening and closing of the store.
Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
Qualifications
