Responsibilities

Deeply understand customer needs through research and insight development.

Participate in and lead prospect meetings to support the team.

Deep dive into weekly territory pipeline and forecasting to coach direct reports on strategies.

Engage in territory planning and opportunity development to drive revenue.

Lead a high‑performance sales culture delivering results in bookings, development, and forecast accuracy while mentoring and developing the team.

Apply in‑depth technical knowledge of the portfolio to solve customer problems holistically.

Drive and oversee team selling opportunities.

Hold team and self accountable to achieve challenging goals while maintaining a forward‑thinking approach.

Communicate with leaders at all levels, including C‑suite, building open and trusting relationships.

Influence others through change management.

Recruit, hire, and train a winning team while upholding core values.

Qualifications

Experience and knowledge of SaaS‑based architectures, preferably in networking and/or security industry.

Experience with channel and partner sales models.

Proven leadership in building high‑performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment.

Year‑over‑year track record of successful sales pipeline management and results.

Highly driven individual with an execution focus, strong sense of urgency and entrepreneurial mindset.

Track record of consistently delivering revenue numbers and goals while focusing on team development and growth.

Ability to manage significant client escalations and issues.

Excellent at influencing others, internally and externally, building consensus across functional groups.

Team‑player who builds excellent rapport and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered depends on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates receiving an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non‑sales roles) or base salary plus commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $332,400 / yr and $457,050 / yr. Compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. Employee benefits information can be found elsewhere.
