District Sales Manager – Remote (Ann Arbor, MI) This role leads a team of field sellers and drives strategy to maximize business growth. You will develop and manage your team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team and organizational quotas, with a focus on building a high‑performance culture. The position is remote, but you will collaborate across geographies, delivering solutions that protect customers’ digital lives through zero‑trust‑based security architecture. Senior Level:

Computer and Network Security Responsibilities
Deeply understand customers’ needs through research and insight development. Participate in and lead prospect meetings to support your team. Deep dive into weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities; coach direct reports on closure strategies. Actively engage in territory planning and development, building relationships and opportunities to drive revenue. Lead a high‑performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while mentoring your team. Apply in‑depth technical knowledge of the portfolio to take a holistic approach to solving customers’ problems. Drive and oversee team selling opportunities. Hold yourself and the team accountable to achieve challenging goals while maintaining a forward‑thinking approach in the face of setbacks. Communicate with leaders at all levels, including C‑suite, establishing open and trusting relationships. Influence others through change management. Recruit, hire, and train a winning team while upholding core values. Qualifications
Experience and knowledge of SaaS‑based architectures, ideally in networking and/or security. Experience with channel and partner sales models. Proven ability to create high‑performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment. Track record of successful sales pipeline management and results year over year. Highly driven with execution focus, strong sense of urgency, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Consistent record of delivering revenue numbers and goals while focusing on team development and growth. Ability to manage significant client escalations and issues. Excellent at influencing others, internally and externally, and building consensus across functions. Leadership mindset that balances team results with strong cross‑functional collaboration. Compensation
The compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates receiving an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non‑sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $332,400 and $457,050 per year.
