Location: Raleigh, NC Salary: $80,000.00–$90,000.00 Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Not Applicable This role offers the opportunity to work on complex real estate transactions in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions Prepare, proof, and revise legal documents and correspondence Conduct title examinations and manage closings Record and file instruments; maintain organized files Monitor progress of real estate matters and ensure timely follow-up Travel to courthouses in North Carolina as needed Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or ABA‑approved paralegal program (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively Benefits
