You’ll work on
high-profile campaigns
for nationally recognized clients, gaining hands‑on experience in brand promotions, retail marketing, and event strategy. Our training program is designed to develop future leaders from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Execute marketing and promotional campaigns inside major retail locations
Support field marketing events and client brand initiatives
Assist in market research, merchandising, and customer acquisition efforts
Learn how to plan events, manage sales pipelines, and increase market exposure
Provide campaign performance feedback and ideas to boost engagement
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet sales and branding goals
Set personal and team goals aligned with company expectations

Excellent communication and people skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
