You’ll sell directly to engineering teams people who care about workflows, integrations, and tools that genuinely make their lives easier.

And you’ll do it with an AI-powered platform tackling one of the fastest-growing challenges in modern software: web accessibility.

Behind the scenes, this is a business with serious momentum. The company has surpassed $40m+ in ARR, operates globally, and continues to invest heavily in growth including expanding its commercial and technical teams across the globe.

You’re joining a proven, scaled organisation.

This is a senior, high-visibility role where accessibility is built into the development lifecycle. You’ll help engineering teams build better, more inclusive products, selling a solution that integrates directly into tools they already use.

And you’ll be trusted to take that story to market.

What you’ll do

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical discovery, demos, proposals, and close (you will have BDR support)

Sell into developers, engineering leaders, and technical stakeholders

Run credible, technical conversations around accessibility workflows, automation, and adoption

Demonstrate how the platform integrates with dev tools

Multi-thread deals across complex organisations and multiple personas

Grow existing accounts while continuing to land new logos

Work closely with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap direction

Maintain a hybrid presence - office time plus in-person customer engagement

What you’ll bring

3-5+ years selling a software solution to technical personas

Confidence engaging engineers and technical decision-makers

Experience running complex, consultative sales cycles

Ability to demo technical products and clearly articulate value

Strong discovery skills - you ask smart questions and listen properly

Self-starter mentality in a fast-moving, mission-led environment

Compensation & benefits

OTE: $200k - $240k (50/50 split) - current team hit 120% of quota for 2025!
