We’re seeking a friendly, energetic Server to join the Outback family. As a Server, you’ll create memorable experiences for our guests by providing outstanding service, suggesting menu items, and ensuring the dining area runs smoothly. Pay: $16.50–$20.00 an hour. Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each guest’s preferences. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu, recommending, upselling, and reinforcing customer orders. Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards; check orders for accuracy and review them with guests before handoff. Support the team by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed. Commit to safe food handling, cleaning, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift. Requirements
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; can work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
