Inside Sales Representative East – Genomics Join Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) as an Inside Sales Representative for the East Genomics region. IDT, part of Danaher’s operating companies, is dedicated to delivering innovative genomics solutions to researchers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage assigned accounts strategically to deliver solutions and drive revenue growth by understanding both short‑term and long‑term needs and goals for optimal positioning of IDT’s products and services; prospect for new leads and prepare information for outgoing sales calls to secure new customers.

Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs and position an appropriate solution; maintain and develop strategic partnerships with key customers and leverage internal resources, when necessary, to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Build in‑depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and apply these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in a Life Science related discipline or related field required; OR Business degree with relevant life science industry experience; OR Master’s degree in a life science field.

At least 1 year of previous experience in the Life Science market, preferably in a customer‑oriented and/or sales role (remote or in‑person).

Role will require up to 20% travel and quarterly customer visits.

Bonus Experience

Experience and proficiency with popular CRMs (Salesforce) preferred.

Molecular Biology (NGS, CRISPR, PCR, Synthetic Biology) or similar lab experience.

Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $60,000 – $65,000. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. IDT offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. The position may be fully remote.
