Bridge Property Management
Overview
Floating Leasing Agent. The Floating Leasing Agent is responsible for supporting leasing operations and resident relations across multiple communities. This role provides additional coverage where needed, assists with lease-ups, supports occupancy goals, and ensures a consistent and exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, organized, and possesses very strong leasing skills, with the ability to quickly learn each property’s unique processes, availability, and resident needs.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and tour prospective residents, providing a professional and engaging leasing experience.
Assist with lease processing, applications, and renewals across assigned properties.
Demonstrate strong leasing skills to drive occupancy and leasing goals by following up on leads and inquiries.
Handle resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management systems.
Collaborate with property teams to ensure consistency in policies and procedures.
Provide temporary coverage at properties as needed, adapting quickly to each location’s requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven, very strong leasing experience or equivalent customer service experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
