Greene Resources is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Account Manager
Location:
Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Pay:
$90,000/year
Experience:
At least 3 years of account management or consultative experience; prior broker agency or benefits administration experience required.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Type:
Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Description
Manage and maintain an assigned book of business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client benefit-related needs.
Lead and manage the full renewal process with internal teams.
Conduct client needs analysis, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings.
Advise clients on cost reduction and competitive benefits strategies.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Communicate industry trends, updates, and regulatory changes to clients.
Position Requirements
Current Life and Health insurance license.
Strong knowledge of health and ancillary benefit products.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage complex accounts and high-level service deliverables.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
