Job Summary
Do you speak Chinese? Are you looking for a work-from-home customer service job? Randstad is hiring an English and Chinese-speaking (Mandarin and Cantonese) Customer Service Representative to work for our client handling inbound calls from patients with questions about dental insurance and dental benefits. After training, we offer flexible schedules and will always try to find a schedule that works for our staff and business.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility
Provide accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries
Thoroughly and completely document all customer interactions
Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
Skills
Mandarin (required 2 years of experience)
Cantonese (required 2 years of experience)
Call Center Support (required 2 years of experience)
Customer Service (required 1 year of experience)
Qualifications
Years of experience: 2 years
Experience level: Experienced
Education: High School
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $22 - $23 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay offered will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan (all benefits based on eligibility).
