Sr Regional Sales Consultant - EST/CST Amplity

Position Summary Sr. Regional Sales Consultant (Sr. RSC) engages health care professionals in telephone conversations and other digital interactions to promote assigned client product(s), maximize selling potential and meet program and Client objectives.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve KPIs, including outbound calls and digital interactions to HCP targets.

Respond to inbound calls from HCPs, addressing questions regarding product(s).

Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs and key account stakeholders to grow product volume.

Maintain call productivity, metrics, and virtual engagements with customers.

Prospecting: Qualify or disqualify HCPs from a target list through outbound calls and digital engagements.

Verify and complete required data entry in CRM system with details of responses and follow‑through actions.

Effectively communicate using selling, listening, negotiation skills and approved messaging.

Maintain thorough knowledge of Client product(s) and program.

Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.

Create and maintain a positive impression with client and clients’ customers.

Fully comply with all laws, regulations, Amplity Policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines.

Participate in teleconference, live meetings, training sessions and represent client at conventions when required.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required.

3+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales required.

1+ year of Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales preferred.

1+ year of Pharmaceutical Sales in Oncology Space preferred.

Successful track record of virtual engagements through a variety of digital platforms.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong focus on clinical aptitude.

Strong rapport building skills and strategic business planning.

Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manner.

Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service.

Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex information over the telephone.

Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills.

Ability to comprehend and communicate complex medical terminology and maintain technical expertise.

Good organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Must successfully complete client training and meet training expectations to proceed to servicing client’s customers.

Credentialing Requirements Representatives may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other documentation to gain access to hospitals or providers. Certain jurisdictions may require a representative license; updates will be provided as needed.
