Overview Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Account Executive (ASI) to drive sales of Ethicon's surgical device portfolio in Nassau County North. The role focuses on selling energy and endomechanical platforms to surgeons and hospital decision makers primarily in operating room settings.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full bag of Ethicon offerings including hemostasis, energy sealing, surgical stapling and wound closure platforms.

Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers in an operating room setting.

Manage a territory focused on assigned physicians and hospital institutions.

Achieve forecasts and set priorities based on sales opportunities within accounts.

Demonstrate product use, address customer questions, and conduct sales presentations using current selling methods.

Analyze market data and develop business plans, building strong customer relationships and conducting education seminars as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

2–4 years of relevant business experience in medical sales (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology) or healthcare with a proven record of sales achievement.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

High growth sales performance, ability to target accounts and achieve results through daily action plans.

Strong time‑management, planning, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and team‑oriented skills.

Hospital‑based pharmaceutical or medical device experience, especially operating‑room sales.

Experience developing new, innovative markets.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $65,000 - $144,000. Eligible for a competitive incentive compensation program and company car through the FLEET program.
